Wild Blueberry Honey
Sourced from New England beekeepers where bees forage on Maine and New Jersey blueberry blossoms. Light amber in color with a smooth, buttery texture and delicate sweet blueberry finish.
Pairings: Goat cheese, yogurt, bananas, blueberry muffins & white wine.
Orange Blossom Honey
Sourced from bees harvesting sweet nectar from Florida orange blossoms. Delicate and light in color with bright citrus notes and soft floral sweetness.
Pairings: Cheese, yogurt, bananas, tea & white wine.
Japanese Knotweed Honey
A dark, robust honey with earthy, nutty sweetness harvested in late summer and early fall. Rich and full-bodied with notes reminiscent of molasses and maple.
Pairings: Aged cheeses, breads, baking, marinades & breakfast dishes.
New England Cranberry Honey
Sourced from New England beekeepers where bees forage on the cranberry bogs of Cape Cod. Light amber in color with fruity flavor and subtle tart cranberry notes.
Pairings: Warm brie, roasted squash, pumpkin bread & charcuterie boards.
Raspberry Honey
Sourced from Arizona beekeepers, this honey is light amber in color with a fragrant aroma and subtle berry finish. Sweet, delicate, and exceptionally smooth.
Pairings: Vanilla ice cream, yogurt, chocolate, fresh berries & spinach salads.
Sage Honey
Sourced from Arizona beekeepers, this light amber honey has delicate floral notes with hints of peppery fruitiness and soft butterscotch undertones.
Pairings: Goat cheese, roasted pears, tea, yogurt & vanilla desserts.

Spring Blossom Honey
A light golden honey harvested in early summer when bees forage on apple, pear, and cherry blossoms, clover, wild spring flowers, and garden herbs. Delicate floral notes with a fresh, clean finish.
Summer Wildflower Honey
A rich dark amber honey harvested in late summer when bees forage on goldenrod, Japanese knotweed, cucumber, squash and pumpkin blossoms, along with herbs such as thyme, lavender, bee balm, and oregano. Full-bodied with earthy floral notes and deep natural sweetness.
