Tasting Notes: Sourced from Arizona Beekeepers where bees forage on Sage Plants. Honey is a light amber color, with subtle floral undertone hint of peppery fruitiness with a slight butterscotch flavor.
 
Pairings: Drizzled on goat cheese, Greek yogurt, roasted fruit, cornbread, vanilla ice cream, or charcuterie boards. Pairs beautifully with herbal tea & bourbon cocktails.
 
Raw Honey is unfiltered & harvested in micro batches which retain all of the pollen, antioxidants & amino acids that are lost in large-scale produced honey. Raw honey will crystalize, to re-liquify place jar in warm water. Never microwave
