Pairings: Delicious drizzled over vanilla ice cream, Greek yogurt, dark chocolate, or fresh berries. Also wonderful whisked into vinaigrettes and spinach salads or served with soft cheeses.
 
Raw Honey is unfiltered & harvested in micro-batches which help preserve the natural pollen, antioxidants, enzymes & amino acids often lost in large-scale processing. Raw honey will crystalize; to re-liquify, place the jar in warm water. Never microwave.
