Tasting Notes: Sourced from bees harvesting sweet nectar from Florida orange blossoms. Delicate and light in color with bright citrus notes, soft floral sweetness, and a smooth, fruity finish.
 
Pairings: Drizzled over soft cheeses, Greek yogurt, fresh bananas, toasted brioche, or vanilla desserts. Pairs beautifully with white wine, herbal tea, and fresh citrus fruit.
 
Raw Honey is unfiltered & harvested in micro-batches which help preserve the natural pollen, antioxidants, enzymes & amino acids often lost in large-scale processing. Raw honey will crystalize; to re-liquify, place jar in warm water. Never microwave.
