Tasting Notes: A dark, robust honey with earthy, nutty sweetness harvested in late summer and early fall when bees forage on Japanese knotweed — a tall bamboo-like flowering plant that provides an abundant source of late-season nectar. Rich, bold, and full-bodied with notes reminiscent of molasses and maple.
Pairings: Delicious on its own or paired with sharp cheddar cheese, drizzled over hotcakes, waffles, or crepes as a maple syrup substitute, or served with chocolate hazelnut gelato. Excellent for baking and marinades — especially mixed with soy sauce, fresh ginger, and garlic.
Raw Honey is unfiltered & harvested in micro-batches which help preserve the natural pollen, antioxidants, enzymes & amino acids often lost in large-scale processing. Raw honey will crystalize; to re-liquify, place the jar in warm water. Never microwave.

TESTIMONIALS
“I bought some of your Durty Honey at the Maynard farmers market this summer and we love it!. I've tried a lot of honey over the years, my son is obsessed with buying different kinds. And I've never been blown away by one where I would drive to another town to get it. But honestly it is soooo good! We only opened it recently and the jar is almost empty. So I need to get more soon!"
